Our Mission

The Atlanta Women's Medical Alliance is an organization committed to enhancing the professional and personal goals of its members. The Alliance provides opportunities for its members to enhance their association with each other through educational programs, community service projects, social events and philanthropy, as well as promoting the Alliance in the Community.

The Atlanta Women's Medical Alliance was founded in 1993 by Cynthia S. Rudert, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Our organization is now the largest local group of female physicians in the United States. We are committed to enhancing the professional and personal goals of our members. We are extremely proud of our educational series titled "Woman to Woman" which we provide as a complimentary educational health care service to organizations, businesses and groups. Our members represent every specialty and sub-specialty in medicine and have offices located throughout Atlanta.
